Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan bagi menilai korelasi antara bahan fenolik dan kandungan mineral dengan aktiviti antioksida di dalam pelbagai ekstrak kulit dan buah pisang, Musa sp. tempatan. This study was designated to evaluate the correlation between total phenolics and mineral content with antioxidant activity in various extracts of pulps and peels of eight local banana cultivars, Musa sp.
