Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is the one of leading cause of death in the world, caused by a bacterium, Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The disease affects 1.7 billion people every year which is equivalent to one-third of the entire world population. Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan salah satu punca kematian di dunia ini, disebabkan oleh bakteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Penyakit ini telah menyerang 1.7 billion penduduk dunia setiap tahun, bersamaan dengan satu per tiga daripada keseluruhan jumlah popoulasi di dunia.
