Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti kesan program latihan pendidikan asas diploma perguruan di Negeri Caprivi, Naimibia ke atas produktivti guru. This study is undertaken to determine the influence of the Basic Education Teacher Diploma (BETD) training programme in Caprivi Region on the productivity of the teachers.
