    Abstract

    Dalam penyelidikan ini, stanum oksida, SnO2 yang bersaiz nano telah dihasilkan melalui kaedah sol gel dengan mempelbagaikan beberapa parameter yang terlibat iaitu kepekatan ammonia, kadar titisan ammonia, suhu tindak balas dan suhu pengkalsinan. In this research, nanosize tin oxide, SnO2 was prepared using sol gel method by varying the reaction parameters such as ammonia concentration, ammonia feed rate, reaction temperature and calcination temperature.
