Abstract

Kemampuan pemilikan rumah merupakan keupayaan kewangan seseorang untuk membayar kos-kos perumahan yang terlibat di dalam proses membeli rumah. Homeownership affordability refers to the financial ability to own a house.Nevertheless, low-income groups always have had a problem in owning a house.
