    Abstract

    Analisis pengaliran bendalir mengelilingi pengesan mikro telah dipamerkan dalam penyelidikan ini. Dalam analisis tersebut, pengesan mikro dianggap dipasangkan dalam saluran berbentuk segi empat tepat. The numerical analysis of fluid flow around micro flow sensor is presented in the research. The sensor is assumed as installed in a rectangular channel.
