Abstract

Objektif umum kajian ini ialah untuk menyelidik penggunaan kuasa oleh penyelia dan subordinat dan hubungannya dengan pengunaan taktik pengaruh oleh penyelia. The general objective of this study was to examine the supervisors’ and subordinates’ use of power and their relationships to supervisors’ use of influence tactics.
