Abstract

Kajian berbentuk ex-post facto ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara faktor anteseden (kepercayaan, akses terhadap maklumat, sokongan organisasi,sumber serta peluang belajar dan membangun) dengan pengupayaan psikologikal dan mengenal pasti pengaruh pengupayaan psikologikal terhadap perlakuan inovatif dan komitmen afektif pensyarah. The aim of this ex-post facto designed research was to investigate the relationship between antecedent factors (trust, access to information, organizational support, resources, and opportunity to learn and develop) and psychological empowerment and to identify the influence of psychological empowerment on lecturers’ innovative behaviour and affective commitment.
