Abstract
Asynchronous e-training is vital for enhancing teachers' performance and ensuring that it aligns with educational advancements. However, ineffective training strategies may hinder achieving training objectives. This study adopts the Community of Inquiry (COI) framework as a strategy in asynchronous e-training and examines its impact on Omani in-service teachers’ performance, satisfaction, engagement, and interaction. A total of 132 in-service teachers from the Specialized Institute for Professional Training of Teachers (SIPTT) participated.
