Abstract
Patient safety remains a global priority, with preventable medical errors and underreporting of near-miss incidents posing significant challenges. This study examines the relationship between patient safety culture components and voluntary reporting of near-miss incidents among nurses in Al Dhafra Hospitals, with the electronic reporting system as a mediator.
