Abstract

Corporate sustainable performance is considered a key player in determining green output in the modern age. This quantitative study examines the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and Green Leadership Style (GLS) on Sustainable Performance (SPR) in public organizations in the UAE. Despite growing interest in sustainability, a significant gap remains in understanding how specific GHRM practices affect SPR and the potential moderating roles of Green Employee Behavior (EGB) and Green Motivation (GTM). The primary aim of this study is to elucidate these relationships and their implications for sustainable practices.
