Abstract
Studies show that international students have a decreased in their satisfaction and attitudinal and behavioural loyalty at private Omani higher education intuitions (HEIs). Hence, this empirical study investigated the relationships between the Higher Education Service Quality (HESQ) factors, push-pull factors, social factors, and international student satisfaction with attitudinal and behavioural loyalties to attractive current and future international students at HEIs. This study thus introduced an integrated model to achieve better understanding through appropriate dependent variables such as attitudinal loyalty and behavioural loyalty and mediating variable student satisfaction. The current study applied Service Quality Theory (SQT), Expectancy Motivation Theory (EMT) and, Environment Physiology Theory (EPT) to investigates the influence of HESQ factors, push-pull factors and, social factors on international student satisfaction and, in turn, attitudinal loyalty, behavioural loyalty in HEIs environment
