Abstract
This study investigates the factors influencing turnover intention among doctors in China, focusing on the relationships between workplace violence, supervisor-subordinate guanxi, career adaptability, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, job burnout, and turnover intention. It also examined the mediating roles of job satisfaction and burnout in these relationships.
