Abstract

This thesis explores the third-order nonlinear optical (NLO)-based applications using thermally treated transition metal oxides, specifically copper oxides (CuxO) (including Cu2O, CuO, and Cu4O3). The study incorporates noble metals like gold (Au), and silver (Ag), and their (Au+Ag) combinations with the CuxO to enhance their properties
