Abstract
This thesis investigates the role of authentic leadership in promoting campus sustainability within Saudi Arabian higher education institutions, with a particular focus on the mediating role of affective commitment and the moderating role of workplace spirituality. The main objective is to examine the influence of authentic leadership on campus sustainability, while specifically evaluating the levels of workplace spirituality, affective commitment, and leadership in the university setting. The study also assesses the mediating effect of affective commitment and the moderating effect of workplace spirituality on sustainability outcomes.
