Abstract

This study investigates the influence of instructional leadership on teachers' self-efficacy in preschools in Dammam, Alhasa, and Aljubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, with workplace spirituality as a mediator and professional learning communities (PLC) as a moderator. The research aimed to understand how leadership practices enhance teacher confidence and effectiveness within a culturally rich educational environment.
