Abstract
Pada masa kini, kebanyakan daripada pelajar di institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi di Malaysia seperti tidak berpuas hati terhadap kemudahan perumahan pelajar yang disediakan oleh pihak universiti terutama sekali keluhan dibuat terhadap aspek-aspek keselamatan, kesejahteraan, kebersihan, dan rekabentuk rumah.
Nowadays, a number of tertiary students in Malaysia were complaining about their dissatisfaction with the university-owned student housing, mostly regarding to the issues of safety, security, cleanliness, and house design aspects.
