Abstract

This pilot study was aimed to look for morphological differences between the two eyes of patients with asymmetrical cataract. Cataract patients visiting the eye clinic USM had their eyes measured (biometry) and cataracts graded with modified cataract grading system of whom fifty-one patients (102 eyes) were found to have the defined significant asymmetrical cataracts between the fellow eyes.
