Abstract
Rencana ini mengemukakan alasan dan tujuan penubuhan RECSAM sebagai sebuah pusat yang tunggal bagi pelajaran sains dan matematika di Asia Tenggara. la juga rnenqernukakan kursus-kursus dan dua daripada projek-projek RECSAM yang bertajuk, 'SEASAME' serta 'Concept Learning' dengan ringkasnya.
