Abstract

Pulau Pinang merupakan sebuah negeri yang paling pesat membangun di wilayah utara Malaysia. Pembangunan pesat di Pulau Pinang telah memberi kesan langsung kepada peningkatan drastik nilaian hartanah khususnya rumah. Penang is one of the fastest developing states in the northern region of Malaysia. The rapid development in Penang has drastically influenced the increased valuation of real estate, especially residential housing. High house prices have restricted the ability of people in Penang to own a home, which is not only faced by the low-income earners, but also the middle-income earners (RM4,000 to RM8,500).
