Abstract

Dalam beberapa dekad yang lalu, tadbir urus korporat menjadi kunci utama kepada firma dan prestasi mereka. Dalam konteks Jordan, Bursa Saham Amman (Amman Stock Exchange, ASE) telah melakukan beberapa perubahan dari segi peraturan / regulasi melalui pengeluaran mekanisme tadbir urus korporat pada tahun 2009. In the last few decades, corporate governance has increasingly become a key hurdle to the firms and their performance. In Jordanian context, Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) has made several changes in terms of regulations through issuing corporate governance mechanism in 2009.
