Abstract

Media sosial memainkan peranan yang semakin penting dalam pemasaran kontemporari. Oleh itu, ia adalah penting bagi perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS) memahami dan menggunakan Facebook, Twitter dan laman web rangkaian sosial yang lain. Social media plays an increasingly important role in contemporary marketing. Therefore, it is important that small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to understand and use Facebook, Twitter and social networking site to another.
