Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini ialah untuk memeriksa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecekapan pengurusan kelas Pendidikan Jasmani dalam kalangan guru-guru praperkhidmatan. Fokus kajian secara khusus bertujuan: a) melihat hubungan pengaruh dengan ciri kecekapan guru praperkhidmatan, dan b) meninjau pengaruh yang dominan mempengaruhi kecekapan pengurusan kelas guru praperkhidmatan. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence the efficiency of the management of physical education classes among pre-service teachers. The study focuses on a more specific aims: a) the relationship influences the efficiency of its pre-service teachers, and b) explore the influence of the dominant influence the efficiency of pre-service teachers' classroom management.
