Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh kepimpinan bersepadu, keadilan organisasi dan penetapan matlamat terhadap komitmen guru. Pengaruh mediator keadilan organisasi dan moderator penetapan matlamat terhadap hubungan antara kepimpinan bersepadu dengan komitmen guru turut dikaji. Sejumlah 365 orang guru yang dipilih secara rawak berperingkat di sekolah-sekolah menengah di daerah Yogyakarta menjadi responden kajian. This research was carried out to study the influence of principals‘ integrated leadership, organizational justice and goal setting towards teachers‘ commitment. The mediating effect of organizational justice as well as moderating effect of goal setting on the relationship between principals integrated leadership and teachers‘ commitment were also studied. A total of 365 secondary school teachers were multy-stage randomly chosen from Yogyakarta to become the research respondents.
