Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh efikasi kolektif sebagai mediator dan
efikasi kendiri guru sebagai moderator terhadap hubungan antara kepimpinan
transformasi pengetua dengan morel (morale) guru novis di Oman
The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of collective efficacy as a
mediator and self-efficacy as a moderator on the relationship of principals’
transformational leadership and novice teacher morale in Oman. Therefore, a total
of 951 teachers from 120 government schools in Province of Muscat, Albatinah,
and Aldhahira were randomly selected using the multiple-stage sampling method.
