Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan membina dan menguji dua buah modul kaunseling iaitu modul gabungan terapi brieffokus penyelesaian dengan kognitif tingkah laku (TBKT) serta modul kaunseling kelompok Corey fokus kognitif (KKCFK) dalam mengurangkan masalah kebimbangan komunikasi yang dihadapi oleh pelajar Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA). Selain itu, kajian ini juga bertujuan melihat kesan rawatan yang diberikan, kesan jantina dan kesan rawatan dengan jantina. This study aimed to develop and test two counseling modules, the combination module of Solution Focused Brief Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Theory (BCBT) and Cognitive Focus Corey Counseling Group (CFCG) to reduce communication apprehension problem among public higher education institution’s students. Besides that, this study also aimed to observe treatment effect, gender effect and treatment effect with gender.
