Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana komponen sosial dan pemuliharaan alam sekitar diterapkan ke dalam proses di kalangan sektor pembuatan Industri Kecil dan Sederhana (IKS) yang mencerminkan inisiatif tanggungjawab sosial yang strategic, bertujuan menyumbang kepada kelestarian serta daya-saing perniagaan. This research endeavours to comprehend how the social and environmental components are incorporated into the manufacturing-based Small and Medium Industries (SME), as part of a strategic social responsibility (SR) initiative that is beneficial and is sustainable.
