Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti peranan moderator variabel institusi terhadap pengaruh komuniti pembelajaran profesional dengan kompetensi pengajaran dalam kalangan anggota fakulti universiti pendidikan di pantai barat daya Arab Saudi. This study aims to identify the moderating role of institutional variables on the influence of professional learning community on teaching competency among educational faculty members in west coast of Saudi Universities.
