Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh kepimpinan bersepadu, keadilan organisasi dan penetapan matlamat terhadap komitmen guru. This research was carried out to study the influence of principals‘ integrated leadership, organizational justice and goal setting towards teachers‘ commitment.
