Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan mengkaji keberkesanan program latihan yang dibangunkan ke atas kecekapan guru Bahasa Inggeris sekolah rendah pra-perkhidmatan dan sikap mereka terhadap profesion perguruan. The study aimed at examining the effects of a developed training program on English primary pre-service teachers’ competencies and their attitudes towards the teaching profession in the Gaza strip.
