Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh amalan gaya kepimpinan trilogi pengetua terhadap produktiviti guru di sekolah rendah Islam wilayah Jawa Timur, Indonesia. This study is intended to investigate the influence of principal’s trilogy leadership style on teacher productivity in Islamic elementary school of East Java Province, Indonesia.
