Abstract

This study is to look at the existing problems and the involvement of private sectors in building and offering low cost houses as one of the agencies in the implementation of housing program in the state of Penang. Tujuan utama kajian ini akan melihat permasalahan yang mungkin wujud dalam pelaksanaan perumahan kos rendah oleh pemaju swasta sebagai salah satu agensi pelaksana program perumahan kos rendah kerajaan negeri di Pulau Pinang.
