    Abstract

    Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti kesan pengantaraan Imej Syarikat dari segi perasaan pekerja di antara CSR yang dilancarkan oleh syarikat dan Penglibatan Pekerja dengan syarikat tersebut. This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of the employees’ perceived corporate image on the relationship between the organization’s CSR practices and the employee’s organizational commitment.
