Abstract

Disebabkan oleh persaingan sengit dan tekanan daripada kesan globalisasi, negara-negara Asia termasuk Malaysia berpendapat perlunya kelebihan daya saing sebagai matlamat untuk menjadikan negara masing-masing sebagai hab pendidikan serantau Asia. Many Asian countries including Malaysia see the dire needs to gain competitive advantage due to stiff competition and pressure from the effect of globalisation in order to become the regional education hub of Asia.
