    Abstract

    Kajian ini bertujuan menyelidik serta menilai hubungan di antara masa, tekanan dan kepuasan kerja dengan konflik keluarga–kerjaya di kalangan pekerja yang bertugas dalam organisasi kerajaan di Yaman. The present study tries to explore and examine the relationships of time, strain, job satisfaction and work family conflict among Yemeni employees working in government organizations.
