Abstract

‘Lean Manufacturing’ adalah suatu kaedah yang telah digunakan dengan jayanya oleh banyak syarikat , untuk meningkatkan keefisienan pengeluaran. Lean Manufacturing is an operational tool that had been successfully used by some companies in the past to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce cost.
