    Abstract

    Melalui penyelidikan ini, penyelidik berusaha untuk meninjau hubungan antara imej stor, kepuasan terhadap stor dan kesetiaan terhadap stor dalam industri peruncitan. Through this research, the researcher attempted to explore the store image, store satisfaction and store loyalty relationship in the retail industry.
