Abstract

Kajian ini adalah untuk memahami kesan penghubung bagi komitmen berkesan (affective commitment) diantara keadilan interaksi (interactional justice) dan kelakuan penghuni organisasi (organizational citizenship behaviour) dalam kalangan bahagian pengurusan USM. This research studied the mediate effect of affective commitment towards the relationship between interactional justices and organizational citizenship behaviour among management level employees at USM.
