Abstract

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menyelidik kesan kriteria pemilihan and penglibatan pembekal ke atas prestasi perniagaan hospital-hospital swasta dalam Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of supplier selection criteria and supplier involvement on the private hospitals’ business performance in Malaysia.
