    Abstract

    Tujuan kertas kerja ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubung kait pandangan individu mengenai kualiti kehidupan bekerjaya dengan keinginan untuk meninggalkan sesebuah organisasi. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Quality of Wo rk Life factors in explaining the turnover intention of accounting professionals in Malaysia being mediated by career and organizational commitment.
