Abstract
Tumpuan pemilikan korporattelah mencipta konflik agensi antara pemilik-pemilik pengawalan dan pemegang saham minoriti di Malaysia. Concentration of corporate ownership has created agency conflicts between controlling owners and minority shareholders especially in emerging markets like Malaysia.
