    Abstract

    Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk menyelidik factor-factor yang mempengaruhi amalanamalan HRM terhadap niat pertukaran kerja di antara ahli akademik Lembaga Pendidikan Tinggi Swasta (PHEIs) di Penang. The aim of this study is to investigate the influencing factors of HRM practices on employee’s turnover intention among the academic members of Private Higher Education Institutes (PHEIs) in Penang.
