Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan membandingkan persepsi kualiti di antara Perusahaan Mikro Kecil dan Sederhana (Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises/MSMEs) yang merupakan pengeluar kuih bahulu tempatan serta pengguna mereka dalam konteks kualiti objektif (dimensi sensori, fungsian dan simbolik) dan kualiti ditanggap (atribut intrinsik and ekstrinsik). This study seeks to compare the quality perception between MSMEs (Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises) which are local bahulu food producers and their consumers in terms of objective quality (sensory, functional and symbolic dimensions) and perceived quality (intrinsic and extrinsic attributes).
