Abstract

Kajian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan di antara sifat, kemahiran dan juga kesesuaian tugas graduan bagi melihat kebolehpasaran dikalangan graduan lepasan politeknik Malaysia. This study aims to investigate the relationship amongst traits, skills and person job fit with the polytechnic graduates’ employability.
