Abstract

Penyelidikan ini dijalankan untuk menilai ciri fizikal (warna) dan kimia (analisis proksimat dan mineral) serta aktiviti antioksidan dan antibakteria ekstrak daun, perikarpa, aril, biji, isi tempurung dan tempurung Myristica fragrans Houtt. This study was conducted to evaluate physical (color) and chemical (proximate and mineral analysis) characteristics as well as the antioxidant and antibacterial activity of extracts from leaves, pericarps, maces, seeds, seed kernels and shells of Myristica fragrans Houtt.
