Abstract

Penyaringan aktiviti antioksida ekstrak segar MeOH 80% daripada 30 spesies tumbuhan telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan ujian penyingkiran radikal bebas 2,2-difenil-1- pikrilhidrazil (DPPH). Antioxidant activities of fresh 80% MeOH extracts from 30 plant species (at 100 mg/ml) were screened using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging test.
