Abstract

Rekahan bibir dan lelangit (RBL) atau sumbing adalah kecacatan muka kongenital yang paling lazim ditemui. Pesakit yang menderita keadaan ini mempunyai masalah makan, jangkitan telinga tengah dan juga masalah psikologi. Cleft lip and palate (CLP) is the most common congenital oro-facial deformity. Patients with CLP may have difficulty in feeding, middle ear infection as well as psychological problems.
