      Abstract

      The aim of the present study was to determine nitric oxide (NO) production and cell proliferation by hydroxyapatite (HA)-stimulated human osteoblasts. Human osteoblast-like cells (HOS cell line) were cultured on the surface of HA. Medium or cells alone was used the controls.
