Abstract

The aim of the present study was to determine the effect of exogenous nitric oxide (NO) at low concentration on hydroxyapatite (HA)-stimulated human osteoblast proliferation. Human osteoblast-like cells (HOS cell line) were cultured on the surface of HA. Medium or cells alone was used the controls.
