Abstract

Literature studies have shown that the thermal contact resistance is among the problems in thermal management for microelectronic devices. The interfaces surface roughness is one of the factors contributed to the thermal contact resistance. Therefore, an experimental investigation has been made in order to identify the parameters contributed to the thermal contact resistance in general.
